SUMMARY

This article explains how to debug issues related to licensing in Call Services.

SYMPTOMS

There are problems with a license for Call Services, obtaining a new license, or appliying the obtained license.

RESOLUTION

During startup, Call Services will check the license and verify whether the existing license is valid. Call Services will not work without a valid license.
