SUMMARY

This article explains how to debug issues with Call Services' WAR file.

SYMPTOMS

There are problems with Call Services' WAR file and/or installation of this WAR file to an application server.

RESOLUTION

Call Services requires the WAR file Audium.war to be deployed to an application server of your choice. The application server will then automatically load Call Services during startup.

However, if the WAR file is not deployed, Call Services will not start.

The steps used to deploy a WAR file depend on the application server you use and vary in complexity. It might be as simple as putting a WAR file in the correct location, such as TOMCAT_HOME/webapps (Apache Tomcat) or might require using an administrative console (WebSphere).

Please refer to your application server documentation and/or your internal IT department for details about installing WAR files on your application server.

Please also refer to the Installation Guide and User Guide for details how to install Call Services and for a detailed description of all components.
