Studio 5.1 has new and improved licensing. As of Studio 5.1.3, minor bugs with licensing were fixed. It is strongly suggested that users upgrade to at least Studio 5.1.3 before contacting Support.

If you require a license update, such as changing parameters or re-issuing the license, your current Installation key should always be provided.

If the GUI functionality does not work as described in the documentation, most likely it is a bug in Studio. Please open a support case and include as much detail as possible to replicate the issue. Screenshots illustrating the situation would be helpfull as well, as it will speed up the process of debugging the issue.

Studio allows users to obtain the most recent maintenance release, new Gateway Adapters as well as activate the software via the built-in on-line mechanism. This mechanism allows users to easily update Studio without the necessity of running installers. The most common reason why users have problems with this functionality is the presence of a firewall. In most situations, however, setting up proper proxies for the HTTP communication will address the issue.

Note that automatic updates work only for maintenance releases. For major/minor releases the installer needs to be used.
