SUMMARY

This article explains how to reactivate an existing installation of Audium Studio 5, perhaps to pick up license changes such as a renewed expiration date, or new features such as gateway adapters being added to the license.

SYMPTOMS

RESOLUTION

When your license has been renewed or has been otherwise modified (e.g. new features added), you can reactivate Audium Studio 5 online to use these latest changes.  To reactivate:

1) Navigate to 'Help->Activation'.

2. Online Activation should be selected by default, click on 'Activate'.

3. Audium Studio 5 will then retrieve its most recent license via the Internet.

If the machine running Audium Studio 5 does not have Internet access, you can reactivate through our Customer Care website on another machine.  For details about manual activation, please refer to Audium Knowledge Base article 225, "How licensing and software activation works in Audium Studio 5".
