SUMMARY
This article explains how to import and edit Audium Studio 3.4.x applications in Audium Studio 5.
SYMPTOMS
Developer has one or more Audium Studio 3.4.x applications, and would like to continue working on them with Audium Studio 5.
RESOLUTION
Similar to how Audium 3.3 applications can be imported into Audium Studio 3.4.x, Audium Studio 3.4.x applications can be imported into Audium Studio 5. First, export your Audium 3.4.x application; there are two ways to do this:
1) Click 'File->Export...', and complete the export wizard.
OR
2) Copy the application's folder from AUDIUM_STUDIO_INSTALL_DIR/eclipse/workspace/ to another location (e.g. your Desktop).
Then, from within Audium Studio 5, click 'File->Import...' and choose "Existing Audium Project Into Workspace". Complete the wizard to import your application. Once your application has been imported, you can continue working on it from within Audium Studio 5.
Note that once an application has been imported into Audium Studio 5, it cannot later be imported into an earlier version of Audium Studio.
