SUMMARY

SYMPTOMS
When running the HelloWorld sample application to test if Audium Call Services is running, a VoiceXML page appears indicating that there are technical difficulties.
RESOLUTION
Several possibilities exist for this error:
- The application name was not typed in exactly as it appears in the URL shown in the previous option. All application names do not have spaces
- There is no Hello World application deployed on Call Services. Check the INSTALLATION_PATH/CallServices/applications folder. If it does not contain a folder named HelloWorld, this application will have to be newly deployed from Audium Studio.
- When the application server was launched, Call Services encountered an error. See the troubleshooting options in this section for resolutions.
