SUMMARY

This article explains why this might happen, and how to fix it.

SYMPTOMS

When the application server is started, information regarding Audium Call Services (i.e. version, Audium applications, etc.) is not displayed.

RESOLUTION

This is most likely caused by not having the Audium Call Services web application archive file, Audium.war, in the correct directory. This could have been due to not installing Audium Call Services or choosing the wrong directory in the Audium installer for the application server’s web application archive directory.
