RESOLUTION
Make sure Audium Call Services-specific license files are placed in the folder:
INSTALLATION_PATH\CallServices\license (Linux and Solaris only) The license files must have read access. If they were copied from a Windows system, there is a chance they were given unusual permissions. Change the permissions giving them read access. If the license files were distributed by email and were not compressed (i.e. as a ZIP or TAR file), the files are likely corrupt. Get a new license file and make sure that the sender compresses the files to avoid corruption.
