SUMMARY
This article discusses the possibility of packaging deployed Audium applications into WAR or EAR files.
SYMPTOMS
Developer has deployed an Audium application, and would like to know if it can now be packaged into a WAR or EAR file.
RESOLUTION
Audium applications cannot be packaged into WAR or EAR files. They do not reside within the application server (which makes use of WAR and EAR files), they are instead found in the AUDIUM_HOME/applications folder. Note that while Audium Call Services itself is distributed as a WAR file, once it is loaded, it will access deployed applications by looking in the AUDIUM_HOME/applications folder.
